There are over 200 qualified members in Western Australia (WA) working across the property lifecycle.
RICS WA Local Association
RICS WA has an active Local Association that promotes RICS through CPD and social events run throughout the year. With a strong focus on sustainability RICS WA takes an active role in the conservation of sustainable business including valuation, construction and building surveying.
RICS Membership
Members of RICS are internationally recognised for their professionalism and ethics. RICS is the worlds leading qualification when it comes to professional standards in property, construction and land.
RICS Accredited courses
RICS accredits certain university courses in Western Australia. Graduates from these accredited courses may apply to RICS to commence their Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).
