RICS DRS ACRE™ mediation service involves the facilitative role of a trained, neutral third party who will assist parties to come to and manage the settlement of their dispute.
We are a certified consumer ADR body for the purposes of the alternative dispute resolution for Consumer Disputes (Competent Authorities & Information) Regulations 2015.
Mediation allows the parties to take ownership of dealing with their dispute and helps them to achieve an outcome that is satisfactory to all.
The rent moratorium is about to end, and the government is encouraging landlords and tenants to deal with these matters quickly and rationally.
Online mediation allows you to resolve your dispute quickly, and with fixed fees, so you know the costs from the outset.
