Americas World Regional Board Appoints New Member

We are pleased to announce a newly appointed Member of the Americas World Regional Board, representative of the Caribbean, Shardon Haye MRICS.

Shardon is the Managing Director of CPM Consultants Ltd, a Chartered Quantity Surveying practice in Kingston, Jamaica. With over 25 years of experience in Quantity Surveying and Cost Management services, Shardon has navigated a diverse professional journey.

Upon his appointment to the Americas World Regional Board, Shardon said,

“I am honored to be given the opportunity to represent the Caribbean region on our regional board and in doing so help to raise awareness of the RICS, the standards we represent and to serve the needs of our members”

The main purpose of the World Regional Board is to deliver the agreed RICS strategy at world regional level by overseeing plans and allocating resources to the nations within that region. Read more about RICS Boards.

We would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank the appointment panel, for their time and commitment, throughout this campaign. The panel was led by Chris Smith MRICS, Chair of the Americas World Regional Board. Alongside Chris, was Eric Allen FRICS, previous Americas World Regional Board Member and Sarah New, Independent Appointment Panellist.
