Regulated Members are RICS professionals or RICS-regulated Firms that we regulate.
In this section we provide links to guidance should you wish to report concerns to RICS about a Regulated Member that may not have adhered to the rules or professional standards. You can also find further guidance if you have raised concerns already or are a Regulated Member under investigation.
The regulatory functions of RICS are led and overseen by the Standards and Regulation Board (SRB).
