From time-to-time, RICS Regulation may issue guidance on specific issues where there may be an emerging risk or area of concern.  It is a key tool to clarify issues and assist RICS Members and RICS-Regulated Firms in their understanding of particular issues and topics which might impact their practice and profession.  The topics addressed are not always specifically expressed in the Rules of Conduct or Professional Standards, so the guidance issued should support continued compliance.

RICS Members and RICS-Regulated Firms can get further information about RICS Standards and Guidance including about Conduct and Competence, Practice information and Sector standards from the Profession & Standards pages on the website.

Regulated Members may also be assisted by keeping themselves up to date with Regulation Practice Alerts.
