Overview
The RICS Profession Support and Assurance team are running a FREE online Red Book Compliance workshop. This workshop will be held between 10 am until 3 pm and will be delivered through Microsoft Teams. A workbook will be supplied for use on the day and you are encouraged to undertake an hour of preparation prior, which will count towards informal CPD.The aim of this workshop is to support you in meeting the requirements of the RICS Valuation – Global Standards {Red Book}, and counts as four hours formal CPD.Please do attend if you are available, or forward to another VRS Valuer in your firm who you think would benefit.
The workshop will cover
- Examining why it is important that an Audit Trail is created
- Explaining how the Audit Trail is created
- Discussions and interactions on your risk mitigation as a Valuer
- Examining the Home Survey Standard in a Valuation context
- Signposting of where to get further support
