Using a blend of case studies and real-life examples, you will gain the skills to effectively demonstrate your own abilities and attributes against the RICS framework.

Andrew Ainsworth is a construction professional whose expertise and management skills are derived from a diverse range of industries and projects. As the Contracts Advisory Director at Aecon Group Inc., he has comprehensive hands-on experience in Cost Engineering that incorporates cost management; value engineering; project controls management; contract(s) administration as wells as contract dispute claims analyses.

Andrew has been involved in a broad range of domestic and international project types that include tunnels; heavy highway and other civil structures; process and power plants; industrial facilities; as well as commercial buildings. As an RICS assessor he is a panelist for Assessment of Professional Competency (APC) interviews which are the final step in determining whether to award the RICS designation to a candidate.
