Post-contract project management is the stage following the signing of contracts. Successful construction project management involves knowing how to manage the main stages of any project from tender award through to commissioning, operation and settling final accounts.

Meet the trainer

Chung Sheuan Seen

Regional Director (Delay Expert), Driver Trett Singapore

Chung has more than 17 years' experience working on mega infrastructure engineering projects. He has a sound appreciation for complex and large projects in the areas of project management, specialising in time control (planning and programming), and on matters relating to the preparation/evaluation of delays and disruptions (time aspect) and extension of time.

Under various engagements, Chung has been appointed as Lead Claim Consultant, with specialisations in delay forensics and time-related matters. Chung's experience includes being the assistant to experts and being appointed as a delay/cost expert in arbitrations.

Funding by Employment and Employability Institute (e2i) is available for Singaporeans and Permanent Residents (whether you work at SMEs or non-SMEs) and is capped at SGD90.
