The surveying profession needs a diverse workforce in order to utilise the innovative skills and technologies required by consumers in the built and natural environments.

It is our responsibility to tackle barriers to entry and encourage a more diverse profession. By increasing diversity within the profession and choosing from a bigger talent pool and developing a strategy to change the image of non-traditional education routes.
