Last year's survey in brief

  • The average salary (US$110,890), bonus (US$37,801) and total reward (US$117,138) were the highest reported figures for the last 10 years.
  • 63% of respondents received a base salary increase, the average increase was 10%.
  • The average bonus for the property sector grew by 79.4% to US$37,801.
  • On average, the RICS qualification leads to a 18.1% higher base salary.
  • Male property professionals earned on average US$118,946 (+27.5%) in comparison to their female counterparts, who earn on average US$93,259.
