Kimberly’s ambitious attitude led her to become AssocRICS qualified within two years and she has spoken at several high-profile surveying events including at a reception with the Deputy Prime Minister and the RICS Diversity and Inclusion conference.
Kimberly is passionate about surveying apprenticeships and has challenged the status quo by bravely choosing an apprenticeship over university as the best route for her to kick-start her career in construction. Her bold, active and open nature has led her to encourage industry leaders to reflect on the value of the norms in their recruitment.
Kimberly’s aspiration and determination to make surveying a profession known and valued by everyone; in partnership with her outstanding achievements within the workplace has made her the perfect first ever winner of this award.
