Lance W. Doré is the President and CEO of The Doré Group. In this role, he directs all valuation assignments involving a wide variety of conventional and complex real properties, serves as litigation support to both public and private clients, provides expert advisory services, including forensic analyses and market and feasibility studies, as well as valuation for financial reporting.
Mr. Doré has been a real estate appraiser for over 30 years and in addition to traditional real estate valuation has a special expertise in the valuation of complex highest and best use issues, right of ways, energy facilities, conservation land and partial interests. His geographical valuation expertise is focused in the western United States and he has completed international assignments in Tokyo, Central America, Mexico, Cyprus, and Moscow. Mr. Doré has written several articles and books – mostly recently The Secrets of Real Estate Revealed.
