Maureen Ehrenberg FRICS, CRE, is President of Global Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) at JLL. An internationally recognized expert in the facility management field, Ehrenberg provides strategic direction and expertise to a team of over 30,000 who currently manage more than 1.5 billion square feet of property globally. She also holds a seat on the IFMA board, where she was Global Chair in 2016.

The level of confidence in Central and Eastern European markets seems to have peaked according to the RICS Commercial Property Monitor. Expectations are still highly positive, but sentiment indices have topped out in the previous two quarters. Results for Q4 2017 demonstrate that both occupier and investment demand is still strong but the share of those who believe that some markets are close to peaking is growing steadily.

Mary Ann Reynolds FRICS has been heavily involved in the work of RICS for most of her career. Having been a very active member for over 30 years she is now employed as the County Manager for RICS in Switzerland. One of her past roles as an active member of RICS was as Chairman of CESB and she is also a Licensed Assessor Trainer.
