This seminar will give attendees an overview of the key issues and common mistakes that are made on contract administration. These mistakes can lead to the failure of a claim or loss of right to claim.

Attendees will also understand how a properly made claim can assist in dispute resolution steps and a successful outcome.

Meet the speaker

Scott Lambert is a partner at Beale & Company's Dubai office. He is a leading construction lawyer with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Scott has worked in the GCC for over 3 years now having joined Beale & Company from a large Middle Eastern law firm.

Scott is an experienced projects lawyer, and at advising on FIDIC based, bespoke contracts and all related documents. He advises on contentious and non-contentious matters. He is able to assist with managing, resolving and pursuing disputes, and brings strong experience and knowledge to the table to assist clients with the best strategy to achieve the best outcomes.
