One Vanderbilt is still under construction and is due to become the tallest office tower in Midtown. Situated in the heart of Midtown East, with connections to the city’s transportation network, it will undoubtedly have high demand of both private enterprises and the Public realm. Vertical construction began in the second quarter of 2017, and is expected to be completed in 2020. The 58-floor, 1.6 million rentable-square-foot trophy tower is designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, with the construction managed by Tishman Construction.

"One Vanderbilt will set a new standard for trophy buildings in Midtown Manhattan.
