Disciplinary Panel hearing - 02 November 2016
The Panel heard a case against Oakhouse Commercial LLP in accordance with Rules 3 of the Rules of Conduct for Firms 2007.
It was alleged that Oakhouse Commercial did not avoid actions or situations that were inconsistent with its professional obligations in that on 14 December 2015 it was convicted of an offence under the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974. The Firm were also charged with not carrying out its professional work with due skill care and diligence and with proper regard for technical standards expected of it in that, contrary to Rule 4 of the Rules of Conduct for Firms 2007.
The Panel ordered that the Firm, Oakhouse Commercial LLP be removed from RICS registration and ordered them to pay a contribution towards RICS’ costs.
