Certificate as an Expert Determiner

Subject to sufficient interest, RICS DRS will conduct a one-day training course to award practitioners a Certificate as an Expert Determiner.

The highly-regarded course sold out in 2017 and earlier in 2018. It will provide participants with the opportunity to learn and practise skills necessary in conducting an expert determination.

To be an RICS DRS accredited Expert Determiner, professionals must have both the appropriate technical expertise and the skills to conduct and write a determination that meets our professional and ethical standards.

The course will assist you to avoid the potential pitfalls and provide guidance as how to write a solid reasoned determination. It has previously been delivered in-house to Government, as well as private individuals, and is suitable for both.

As it's universal, and designed for diverse backgrounds, participants from both the construction and property sector will find the learning beneficial.

We will present this training in any city where sufficient interest arises.
