Overview

As a devolved area, the Scottish government finds the planning system a useful tool to support and deliver many elements of its broader policy agenda.

It’s important therefore that practitioners are up to date with the current priorities of the government in this policy area to ensure that the advice they give to their clients is correct and that the correct opportunities are identified.

This seminar will cover:

  • Reforms to the Scottish planning system
  • The role of development plans
  • Latest on the Planning (Scotland) Bill
  • Releasing land for housing.

The published time is when registration opens. The seminar will begin 30 minutes later.
