He handles issues such as regulatory compliance, drafting and negotiating commercial and consumer agreements as well as addressing challenges facing organisations working with innovative technology. Will acts for a wide range of clients from globally recognised brands to pre-revenue start-ups including software and games developers, Software as a Service (SaaS) providers, online retailers and marketplace platforms as well as housing associations, charities and national governing bodies of sport. Will specialises in data protection law and assists his clients with matters ranging from proactive compliance to subject access requests (SARs), security breaches and Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) investigations.
