Victoria joined the healthcare valuation and consultancy team at Savills in 2016. Prior to this she worked in New Zealand, specialising in the valuation of retirement housing and healthcare assets.  She provides both valuation and consultancy advice for private, not-for-profit and institutional clients with a particular focus on the retirement living sector.

Lawrence Bowles

Associate Director, Residential Research, Savills

Lawrence is a senior analyst in the research team, focusing on build to rent, student housing, retirement housing, and infrastructure. Lawrence provides market intelligence and strategy advice to internal and external clients, as well as contributing to Savills house price and rental forecasts.

Before joining Savills in 2014, Lawrence worked at a strategy consultancy advising companies in the real estate, construction, and logistics sectors.
