Awards overview

Our regional winners span eight award categories all making it to the final because of the significant positive impact these projects have made on their local area.

This year's final will take place at Royal Lancaster Hotel in London. Start the afternoon with a glass of fizz and time to network, then enjoy a three-course lunch before the award-winners are announced. It's the ideal setting to entertain clients and colleagues, whilst supporting your favourite projects.

The RICS Awards recognise excellence in the built environment and showcase the successes of RICS professionals and their impact on local communities.
