Overview

Under CDM Regulations, the provision of safe means of access to a building is a legal duty for those involved in building design. Where designs are modified during tender or procurement, this duty is applicable to those responsible for those changes.

Ensure that you and your employer comply with legal duties, by gaining knowledge in Safe Work at Height (SWAH), allowing you to make appropriately informed design and procurement decisions.

Further to minimizing risk of non-compliance, these newly-developed skills will enable you to make sound value engineering decisions, opening opportunities for improved commercial performance.
