Cate Agnew is an Executive Director at Natixis (Groupe BPCE), whose subsidiaries include AEW; she is a leader in the valuation of global real estate, finance, asset management, and risk management. She directs the real estate valuation of an Americas based lending practice in excess of $19B. Cate's career includes both debt and equity in US and international real estate and mergers & acquisitions. She has held leadership positions at Deutsche Bank, PricewaterhouseCoopers, TIAA, and MassMutual.
Cate is on the board of the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) Finance Committee, and is Vice Chair of the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Management), Audit Committee. She is a founding member of two chapters of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women): both MNCREW, and CREWNY, serving on the boards for both and as president in NY.
Cate is one of the very few people in the world to hold all the highest levels of professional designations, specifically CRE (Counselors of Real Estate), FRICS (Fellow, RICS), CCIM and MAI (Appraisal Institute). She represents the CRE organisation as the US co-representative to the International Ethics and Standards Coalition (IESC) and has been named a Real Estate Forum "Woman of Influence".
