RICS is the leading professional body for setting standards in land, property and construction. We help to develop professionals from Shanghai to London and from Sydney to New Delhi who are literally shaping the world around us. Our global footprint encompasses the main financial centres, with a growing presence in Africa, China, India and North America.
We are currently seeking high-calibre individuals who can contribute to our growth journey in China by performing the advisory and ambassadorial role of Member of the RICS China Advisory board. These are part-time Non-Executive positions.
Applicants must be highly effective members of the profession (MRICS or FRICS): prominent, engaging and strategic. We are seeking candidates with knowledge and experience in Construction, Infrastructure and Greater Bay Area Development. The ideal candidate will be a powerful, visible role model in every aspect of professionalism and inspire the next generation into the future of the profession.
The post-holders will join the RICS China Advisory board as non-executive board members; contributing to our growth journey providing market insight, thought leadership and supporting the adoption of the international standards in China.
Time commitment will be agreed with the successful candidate and will include attendance at the quarterly board meeting and some of the China Summits
The shortlisted candidates will be interview by the end of March 2019 and serve their one- to three-year term from April 2019.
