Mr. Cheah is Head of Investment Management Asia Pacific at Union Investment Real Estate GmbH, managing acquisition and sales activities for the German real estate fund management company.
He has 30 years' experience in real estate, which he gained within the region and internationally across a range of different functions for companies including Pacific Star Group, The Ascott Group, Hudson Conway and Fletcher Constructions. He holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Building Construction Management. Mr. Cheah is also the Chair of the RICS Asia Pacific World Regional Board.

Alexander D. Jeffrey FRICS

Chief Executive Officer, Savills Investment Management

Alex Jeffrey has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Savills Investment Management since 1 November 2019 and was appointed to Savills Group Executive Board at that time. Alex was previously Head of Asia Pacific for M&G Investments based in Singapore, with responsibility for the development and leadership of that company’s business across all investment sectors in Asia Pacific. Prior to this, he was Chief Executive of M&G Real Estate, based in London, where he led the significant growth of the firm from c. £15bn AUM in 2012 to over £30bn in 2018. Before that he was Chief Investment Officer and CEO Europe of MGPA Limited. Alex has an MBA from INSEAD, an MA (Hons) in Law from Cambridge University and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Dave Hallam is the Managing Director of Asia Infrastructure Solutions Hong Kong, previously leading the Arcadis Design & Engineering business and was the former head of Business Advisory for Arcadis Consultancy. He graduated from Liverpool JM University with a BSc(hons) in Building Surveying and joined the architecture and surveying firm Povall Worthington. Dave moved to HK in 2010 with EC Harris to take the role of Operations Director for the outsourced Real Estate function of a global bank. Dave has over 25 years’ experience providing Construction and Project Management expertise on major capital programmes of work and complex projects worldwide. Notable organisations Dave has worked with include HKSAR Gov, consulting on their project and operational strategy, plus numerous private sector clients, providing support in complex project delivery and integrating whole lifecycle solutions. Dave has spent the last 15yrs in various executive leadership roles in the UK and Asia including responsibility for project operations, markets/clients and P&L performance. He has been a Professional member of the RICS since 1998.

Dr Eugene Seah joined the construction industry in 1999. He graduated with a BSc in Quantity Surveying (1st Class Honours) from the University of Reading and started work at Davis Langdon & Seah as a Quantity Surveyor. He subsequently broadens his knowledge by reading a BSc in Technology and Computing (1st Class Honours), a MSc in Construction Law and Arbitration and a MSc in Sustainable Building Design (Merit). He also attended the Senior Management Development Program from Harvard and has a Diploma and a Certificate in Advance Learning and Performance for Adults from the Institute of Adult Learning at Singapore University of Social Science. He has completed his Professional Doctorate in Construction Management at the European International University in 2023 and is currently studying a PhD by Portfolio from the Swiss Business School In 2023, Dr. Seah joined the Meinhardt Group, a multidisciplinary and international design and engineering company that is head quartered in Singapore. He undertook the role of Global Director of the Group and the Chief Operating Officer of the Singapore office with a strategic focus to improve the company’s performance through the adoption of digital and technology, sustainable and resilient practices and increasing their competitive edge all round. He reports directly to the Group CEO and to the Board.

FC Lee is the Chief Quantity Surveyor of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government. Mr. Lee qualified as a chartered quantity surveyor in 1993 and is now one of the RICS Hong Kong Advisory Board members as well as the chairman of the Quantity Surveying and Construction Committee. He is also the past chairman of the Quantity Surveyors' Association of the Architectural Services Department of the HKSAR Government and the Honorary Chairman of the Hong Kong Senior Government Officers Association

He is currently the Chairman – APREA Advocacy Committee, Asia, Executive Committee Member – ULI, Member – GRI Governing Council, President Elect – NAREDCO Maharashtra and Member – Assocham – Ease of Doing Business. She began her career in financial industry in 1989, joining Bank of Tokyo (currently MUFG Bank) as a new graduate. David Jones is a Chartered Planning and Development Surveyor, who qualified over 18 years ago in Manchester, England. He has spent half of his career based in England and the rest in New Zealand where he has worked in the public sector and the private consulting market. Dr Eugene Seah FRICS

Dr Eugene Seah joined the construction industry in 1999. He graduated with a BSc in Quantity Surveying (1st Class Hons) from the University of Reading and started work at Davis Langdon & Seah as a Quantity Surveyor. He subsequently broadens his knowledge by reading a BSc in Technology and Computing (1st Class Hons), a MSc in Construction Law and Arbitration and a MSc in Sustainable Building Design (Merit). He also attended the Senior Management Development Program from Harvard and has a Diploma and a Certificate in Advance Learning and Performance for Adults from the Institute of Adult Learning at Singapore University of Social Science. He has completed his Professional Doctorate in Construction Management at the European International University in 2023 and is currently studying a PhD by Portfolio from the Swiss Business School In 2023, Dr. Seah joined the Meinhardt Group, a multidisciplinary and international design and engineering company that is head quartered in Singapore. He undertook the role of Global Director of the Group and the Chief Operating Officer of the Singapore office with a strategic focus to improve the company’s performance through the adoption of digital and technology, sustainable and resilient practices and increasing their competitive edge all round. Chris Marriott FRICS

Chief Executive Officer, Savills, Southeast Asia

Having arrived in Asia in 1990, Chris has lived in both Hong Kong and Singapore and covered most markets and disciplines in the Asia Pacific Region. Presently as CEO for South East Asia, Chris oversees the firm's activity and expansion plans in the region, in addition to managing the Singapore operations. Alongside his operational responsibilities he sits on the Asia Pacific Executive Committee which determines strategic direction for the business in the region. During his time he has played a pivotal role in the establishment of the Singapore operations in 1995, and subsequently restructured the business in 2004, in addition he has been involved in, or led numerous corporate acquisitions and strategic relationships for the group. Cheng Su Chen FRICS

Su Chen is the Group Managing Director, Facilities Management in C&W Services. She has over 40 years of industry experience in property and facilities management (FM), including marketing and leasing of real estate assets. Fiona has 20 years’ extensive experience of project management, contracts and procurement gained during a highly successful career in a range of high-profile international organizations such as Universal Studios, CSCEC, DAMAC, BTG, HWL, etc. and gained management experience in Palm Jumeirah, Beijing Universal Theme Park, Bulgari Hotel and other world-renowned projects.
