Chair, Susanne Eickermann-Riepe FRICS

Susanne Eickermann-Riepe FRICS is Chair of the European World Regional of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors RICS (www.rics.org) and member of the World Regional Board. She also leads  the ICG Institute (www.icg-institut.de) in Germany.  


She has been working in the real estate industry for over 30 years, including 18 years as a partner at PwC WP GmbH. She led PwC Real Estate Germany until June 2020 (www.pwc.de/real-estate) and was a member of the EMEA and Global Real Estate Leadership Board. Among other things, she is active as Independent supervisory and advisory board member and supports a number of sustainability committees in the real estate sector. For example she is a NED at CTP (www.ctp.eu), a member of the ZIA ESG Council (www.zia-deutschland.de), as Chairwoman of the DGNB Real Estate Committee (www.dgnb.de) and as a member of the Sustainability Committee at the Federal Real Estate Company (www.big.at) in Austria.  Nationally and internationally, she is committed to innovation and PropTechs in various organizations.

Jens Böhnlein MRICS, DACH

Global Head of Asset Management and Sustainability, Commerz Real

Jens Böhnlein is Global Head of Asset Management at Commerz Real and is General Manager. He is also responsible for all sustainability activities. Thus he is responsible for the management company with a value of more than 14 billion euros. His remit also includes pushing ahead with the digitalisation of the assets and holistic approaches to their sustainable management. Jens Böhnlein came to Commerz Real in 2018. Before joining the company, the graduate architect was employed as Global Head Office Solutions & Designs at the Austrian company CA Immo AG from 2017 onwards. Prior to this had held various management positions at Cushman & Wakefield. He has also gathered experience at EY Real Estate, DTZ Zadelhof Tue Leung and JLL.

Senior Business Development Manager

Adamantia has over 20 years of strong property background and experience in Real Estate Consulting, Valuation and Development. She specialises in the hospitality, mixed use, tourism and leisure sectors with a vast international experience acquired in numerous countries in the world. She is a Senior Business Development Manager responsible for the Hospitality, Leisure, Healthcare, Education, and Alternative Residential Projects within ‘The Ellinikon’, a major regeneration project in the south suburbs of Athens. Previously, Adamantia worked as a Director for CBRE in Greece where she set up and run the department of Hospitality and Special Assets, while she has also held senior managerial roles in HVS in the London and Athens offices. Adamantia started her career in 2003 as a Valuation analyst with Lambert Smith Hampton-Axies S.A. (now CBRE Greece), where she later became Valuation Quality Control Manager. Underlying her experience, Adamantia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the Athens University of Economics and Business. She also holds a Masters in Land Management and a Certificate in Real Estate Investment and Finance, both from the University of Reading. Adamantia is a certified property Valuer and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) since 2005. She has passionately been involved in RICS public matters as an RICS Assessor since 2010 and Licensed Assessor Trainer and has served as a member of the RICS Hellas Board (2013-2016), a member of the RICS Continental European Educational Standards Board based in Frankfurt (2013-2015), as well as a member of the RICS Membership Working Group in London (2014-2020). Adamantia has also served as a member of the ULI Executive Board (2017-2019) and is a member of the Greek Registry of Certified Valuers. Occasionally, she lectures on subjects such as Valuation and Hospitality in various educational institutions in Greece.

Javier Ochoa, current RICS Ambassador for agency in Spain and LATAM, has been selected as the new Chair for RICS in Spain Regional Advisory Board and member of the European World Regional Board. The current chair has spent more than 10 years helping candidates and being part of the examining panels. Ochoa, who currently heads Remax's consulting and luxury divisions in Spain, has worked at Savills as director of singular operations and in funds to develop real estate projects in North Africa and Eastern Europe. In the last years he has collaborated in developing and adapting ASSOCRICS to the European and Latin American market.

Gloria Brocchi is the Head of ESG in Generali Real Estate since January 2024. In her current role, she is responsible for integrating and reinforcing the strategies to reduce environmental impact of the real estate portfolio at global level, integrating environmental, social and governance (ESG) actions into the business operation. Gloria joined Generali Real Estate in 2019 as Senior Asset Manager; before that, she worked for 10 years as Senior Investment Manager for some of the biggest pan European property companies. Gloria holds a Master in Real Estate and Finance from SDA Bocconi, a Degree in Architecture from Milan Politecnico and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).”

Fabrice LEGER started working as a property valuer since 1991, he has worked for a number of property consultancy groups at international level. After holding a number of management positions in France and abroad, Fabrice is now an independent valuer based in Paris, where he works on all types of assets. He is a specialist in clinics and EHPAD (nursing homes). Fabrice is past director of the Chambre des Experts Immobiliers de France de la FNAIM, past secretary-general of IFEI (Institut Français de l'Expertise Immobilière) and founder and past chairman of GIE Statimmo Maroc, Founder of AMEI (Association Marocaine de l'Expertise Immobilière) and co-editor of the Charte de l'Expertise en Evaluation Immobilière in France (4th version) and Morocco (1st version). Fabrice is also active within the RICS, where he has led the "Valuation" Working Group for several years. Finally, Fabrice is a Director and member of the Board of the ESPI Group - Ecole Supérieure des Professions Immobilières.

I'm 48 years old, married, 3 kids and living on an old farm in the eastern part of Brabant. In my day to day business I'm a valuer of public real estate and working all over the Netherlands. I have my own company together with my wife. I'm also appointed as a member of the board of the "Waterschap Aa en Maas" (the Dutch regional water authority) and responsible for the finances of the organisation. I have over 30 years of experience in the real estate in various roles. beside the two main jobs I have several board positions in other organisations and give a lot of lectures every year. I like to contribute to the development of the profession and enforce professionalism.

Zsolt Kákosy has been leading the Property Management division of ICON Real Estate Management for five years. He joined the company with more than 20 years of professional experience, having developed substantial expertise in senior leadership roles, team development, and various roles of the real estate sector, including development, ownership, asset management, banking, and advisory. He studied finance and corporate evaluation at Corvinus University in Budapest, and later complemented his education with an MBA in Finance and an MSc in Real Estate. Throughout his career, he has worked with multiple property types, including office buildings, shopping centres, and industrial and logistics assets. He currently oversees the property management operations of ICON’s approximately 682,000 m² portfolio, which includes several major BREEAM and WELL-certified as well as award-winning buildings. Zsolt’s outstanding professional performance has been recognised with the Klauzál Award of the Hungarian State. His community and industry involvement includes serving as Chair of the AmCham Workspace and Facility Management Committee and holding a board position at RICS Hungary. Bill Beauclerk MRICS

Bill is an English Chartered Surveyor (qualified 1989) with a Diploma in Estate Management from the University of Reading. He is a Board Member of the French branch of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and a member of the l’IFEI (Institut Français de l’Expertise Immobilière), the French Association of Property Valuers. He was a lecturer on the DESUP Immo course at the Pantheon Sorbonne University in Paris from 2006 – 2022 and is currently a lecturer at the Master 2 Property Management course at the University Paris-Nanterre. As a partner of BG Carré he is responsible for overseeing real estate valuations, corporate and Asset management missions of the firm for domestic and foreign investors. BG Carré was created in 2004, specialising in Acquisitions, Investment Sales, Valuation and Market Research. Previously he spent 14 years with Jones Lang Wootton, firstly 6 year in London, then in 1993, Bill transferred to JLW Paris as Director of the Valuation and Advisory department and was elected a Partner of the firm. Bill Beauclerk developed the Valuation team into one of the premier teams in Paris. Bill commenced his career as a Seaman Officer in the Royal Navy and during his 8-year service, he served in the Royal Yacht Britannia, Honk Kong, the Falkland Islands and the Middle East on Armilla Gulf Patrols.

Chloé RAYSSAC qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2018. Chloé is a graduate of an engineering school and has a master's degree in real estate and urban planning at ESSEC Businnes School. After spending several years working in asset and property management, she created her own company Bazimo. Bazimo is a French Proptech which focuses on developing a software for commercial real estate. Chloé is grateful to have the honour of currently serving as RICS France Matrics Chair supported by the talented RICS France Matrics Board and RICS Staff Team. The board organizes events to create links between MATRICS such as afterwork, conferences, market points, building visits, etc.

Corentin de Richoufftz qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2018. Corentin holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Law. He joined CBRE in 2012 and worked there as a commercial real estate broker for 10 years. In 2022, he joined the Capital Markets team at Cushman & Wakefield. At the same time, Corentin joined the RICS Matrics France Board, composed of 6 people, and supported by the RICS France Bureau and the RICS staff team. The RICS Matrics Board organizes many events to create links between MATRICS members and promote RICS in France. Afterworks, conferences, market points, building visits, etc. The RICS Matrics Board draws up a roadmap each year and communicates on social networks to bring as many members as possible to these events.

Stéphanie Aznavour qualified as Chartered Surveyor in 2017. Stéphanie has more than 15 years of experience in Real Estate and Hospitality industry, mainly as valuer and asset manager. Recently, she decided to focus her career and interests on sustainable issues for the real estate sector and works for Longevity Partners as Associate Director in charge of ESG Strategy for their clients. She will focus her tasks on sustainability works within the RICS France Board.

Armand was qualified as Chartered Surveyor in 2022. He holds a Bachelor of Law from Nantes University and a Master in Real Estate Finance from University Paris-Dauphine. After 9 years of experience in consulting, investment management and debt buyback (BearingPoint, AEW, Allianz, Hoist Finance), Armand is now Head of Real Estate at Evalio, a startup developing an AI-based valuation platform for real estate experts and investors. Armand is happy to serve as Board Member of RICS France and to bring forward Proptech topics in the institution.

William SIMONCELLI qualified as a Chartered Surveyoyr in 2013. After 10 years in Paris in the real estate transaction business, William moved to Casablanca in 2002, where he founded "Carré Immobilier", a company that provides consulting services for corporate real estate. For the last 20 years, he has participated in the creation of various professional organizations (Statimmo Maroc, La FrenchTech Maroc, the incubator Kluster CFCIM, Club des Investisseurs CFCIM, Association Marocaine de l'Expertise Immobilière, etc.). Finally, a rugby player from the cradle, he is now an adept of long-distance sports, with three participations in the Marathon Des Sables and numerous ultra-trails and ironmans.
