Chair, Suzanne Eickermann-Riepe FRICS

Susanne Eickermann-Riepe FRICS is Chair of the European World Regional of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors RICS (www.rics.org) and member of the World Regional Board. She also leads  the ICG Institute (www.icg-institut.de) in Germany.  


She has been working in the real estate industry for over 30 years, including 18 years as a partner at PwC WP GmbH. She led PwC Real Estate Germany until June 2020 (www.pwc.de/real-estate) and was a member of the EMEA and Global Real Estate Leadership Board. Among other things, she is active as Independent supervisory and advisory board member and supports a number of sustainability committees in the real estate sector. For example she is a NED at CTP (www.ctp.eu), a member of the ZIA ESG Council (www.zia-deutschland.de), as Chairwoman of the DGNB Real Estate Committee (www.dgnb.de) and as a member of the Sustainability Committee at the Federal Real Estate Company (www.big.at) in Austria.  Nationally and internationally, she is committed to innovation and PropTechs in various organizations.

Jens Böhnlein MRICS, DACH

Global Head of Asset Management and Sustainability, Commerz Real

Jens Böhnlein is Global Head of Asset Management at Commerz Real and is General Manager. He is also responsible for all sustainability activities. Thus he is responsible for the management company with a value of more than 14 billion euros. His remit also includes pushing ahead with the digitalisation of the assets and holistic approaches to their sustainable management. Jens Böhnlein came to Commerz Real in 2018. Before joining the company, the graduate architect was employed as Global Head Office Solutions & Designs at the Austrian company CA Immo AG from 2017 onwards. Prior to this had held various management positions at Cushman & Wakefield. He has also gathered experience at EY Real Estate, DTZ Zadelhof Tue Leung and JLL.

Adamantia Phoca, MRICS, Greece/Cyprus

Senior Business Development Manager

Adamantia has over 20 years of strong property background and experience in Real Estate Consulting, Valuation and Development. She specialises in the hospitality, mixed use, tourism and leisure sectors with a vast international experience acquired in numerous countries in the world. She is a Senior Business Development Manager responsible for the Hospitality, Leisure, Healthcare, Education, and Alternative Residential Projects within ‘The Ellinikon’, a major regeneration project in the south suburbs of Athens. Previously, Adamantia worked as a Director for CBRE in Greece where she set up and run the department of Hospitality and Special Assets, while she has also held senior managerial roles in HVS in the London and Athens offices. Adamantia started her career in 2003 as a Valuation analyst with Lambert Smith Hampton-Axies S.A. (now CBRE Greece), where she later became Valuation Quality Control Manager. Underlying her experience, Adamantia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the Athens University of Economics and Business. She also holds a Masters in Land Management and a Certificate in Real Estate Investment and Finance, both from the University of Reading. Adamantia is a certified property Valuer and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) since 2005. She has passionately been involved in RICS public matters as an RICS Assessor since 2010 and Licensed Assessor Trainer and has served as a member of the RICS Hellas Board (2013-2016), a member of the RICS Continental European Educational Standards Board based in Frankfurt (2013-2015), as well as a member of the RICS Membership Working Group in London (2014-2020). Adamantia has also served as a member of the ULI Executive Board (2017-2019) and is a member of the Greek Registry of Certified Valuers. Occasionally, she lectures on subjects such as Valuation and Hospitality in various educational institutions in Greece.

With a remarkable track record spanning over a decade in the Real Estate market, Plamen Bachev MRICS is a visionary who actively explores the future and disruptive potential of the industry. Known for his open-mindedness and passion for tackling challenges head-on, he is an early adopter of emerging technologies and holds a strong commitment to ESG principles, proptech, fintech, and change management, with a particular focus on nurturing talent and fostering people development. Furthermore, Plamen Bachev brings invaluable expertise in non-performing loans (NPLs) within the realm of business and sales. Plamen Bachev held a prominent role as the Head of Hospitality and Partner at Cushman and Wakefield, where he made significant contributions for the last five years. Since 2019, he has served as a Member of the Management Board of the Chamber of Professional Valuers in Bulgaria. Prior to this role, he demonstrated his commitment to professional ethics as the Chairman of the Committee of Professional Ethics of CPV. Most recently, Plamen Bachev has joined Galaxy Investment Group as their Commercial Director.

Javier Ochoa, current RICS Ambassador for agency in Spain and LATAM, has been selected as the new Chair for RICS in Spain Regional Advisory Board and member of the European World Regional Board. The current chair has spent more than 10 years helping candidates and being part of the examining panels. Ochoa, who currently heads Remax's consulting and luxury divisions in Spain, has worked at Savills as director of singular operations and in funds to develop real estate projects in North Africa and Eastern Europe. In the last years he has collaborated in developing and adapting ASSOCRICS to the European and Latin American market.

Massimiliano Pulice is a Civil Engineer with over 25 years of experience in construction with a focus on Program Management and Strategic Procurement. Since becoming Managing Director of Arcadis Italy in 2019, he strengthened the efforts into innovating the real estate community, supporting the real estate management department of Politecnico di Milano and closely collaborating with the Board of Engineers and Architects of Milan. During his career, Massimiliano worked with national and international clients on complex real estate and industry projects. Sustainability and digitalization are the key aspects that drive new designs under his guidance, from living solutions to mixed-use urban regeneration masterplans.

Fabrice Léger, FRICS, France

Independent Valuer

Fabrice LEGER started working as a property valuer since 1991, he has worked for a number of property consultancy groups at international level. After holding a number of management positions in France and abroad, Fabrice is now an independent valuer based in Paris, where he works on all types of assets. He is a specialist in clinics and EHPAD (nursing homes). Fabrice is past director of the Chambre des Experts Immobiliers de France de la FNAIM, past secretary-general of IFEI (Institut Français de l'Expertise Immobilière) and founder and past chairman of GIE Statimmo Maroc, Founder of AMEI (Association Marocaine de l'Expertise Immobilière) and co-editor of the Charte de l'Expertise en Evaluation Immobilière in France (4th version) and Morocco (1st version). Fabrice is also active within the RICS, where he has led the "Valuation" Working Group for several years. Finally, Fabrice is a Director and member of the Board of the ESPI Group - Ecole Supérieure des Professions Immobilières.

I'm 48 years old, married, 3 kids and living on an old farm in the eastern part of Brabant. In my day to day business I'm a valuer of public real estate and working all over the Netherlands. I have my own company together with my wife. I'm also appointed as a member of the board of the "Waterschap Aa en Maas" (the Dutch regional water authority) and responsible for the finances of the organisation. I have over 30 years of experience in the real estate in various roles. beside the two main jobs I have several board positions in other organisations and give a lot of lectures every year. I like to contribute to the development of the profession and enforce professionalism.
