Ever find that emails from RICS end up in your junk folder or promotions tab? If so, it may be that your email provider has used filtering to put our messages there. The easiest way to ensure that you continue to get our communications straight to your inbox is to add the RICS email address to your ‘safe sender list’.

A ‘safe sender list’ or ‘whitelist’ is a way of telling your email inbox that the address we use to send you email is trustworthy and safe, so that our communications get delivered to the right place.

We use two domain names to send you messages;

  1. @commsmail.rics.org
  2. @servicemail.rics.org

You only need to add these addresses once and our latest news, insights, events, updates and more will be delivered correctly so you can easily keep up to date with topics affecting your profession.
