Avoiding Conflicts in Construction and Infrastructure Projects

Leading professional and member infrastructure organisations have formed a coalition with the aim of changing the way government and industry deal with disputes.

The Conflict Avoidance Coalition has been shaped by RICS, ICE, RIBA, CIArb, DRBF, ICC and the ICES and is supported by major employers, such as Transport for London and Network Rail. This seminar outlines how the coalition aims to raise awareness of the value of conflict avoidance and early intervention techniques, and promote the use of mechanisms that enable them.
