The Regulated Member has admitted the following breach of the rules of conduct, and accepted liability for disciplinary action and the imposition of Regulatory Compliance Order for the following:
The Regulated Member failed to comply with his professional obligations by carrying out valuations without being registered on the Valuer Registration Scheme between January 2021 and December 2021 contrary to Rule 3 of the Rules of Conduct for Members 2007.
The Regulated Member failed to co-operate with RICS staff in that he failed to provide information requested during March and May 2022 contrary to Rule 1 of the Rules of Conduct 2021.
Outcome: Regulatory Compliance Order (RCO)
This requires the Regulated Member to contribute £675 Costs towards the cost of investigation and agree to publication of a summary of the Order for a period of 12 months.
