Your membership may have been removed for one of the following reasons:

  • Non-payment of fees: Failure to pay annual subscription fees can result in termination.

Can I appeal?

  • Non-payment or resignation: There is no appeal process for membership removal due to non-payment or voluntary resignation. To rejoin RICS, complete the reinstatement form for your membership level and email it to contactrics@rics.org.
  • Disciplinary action: If you were expelled due to disciplinary reasons, you may have the right to appeal. The process and eligibility criteria are outlined in the RICS Disciplinary, Registration, and Appeal Panel Rules.

You may apply for reinstatement, but approval is at RICS’s discretion. Your application will be reviewed based on:
