When a candidate nominates you as their Counsellor, you must approve or reject the nomination in the Assessment Platform.
Once you approve the nomination, you can:
You must complete the RICS Counsellor Module before approving a candidate for Preliminary Review or Final Assessment.
You cannot approve submissions in the Assessment Platform until the module is complete.
We recommend reading the latest Counsellor Guide alongside the module. Together, they count as 2 hours of structured CPD and set out your responsibilities.
