The Disciplinary Panel considered 10 charges (and multiple sub-charges) against Mr Antino for breaches in the Rules of Conduct with regard to conflict of interest, acting with integrity, and failing to cooperate with the RICS investigation as well as failing to act in a manner befitting RICS membership.
