On 13th September 2019 the Mr X was convicted of the following under Section 92 of
the Sexual Offences Act 2003:
a. Two counts of voyeurism.
b. Three counts of possessing indecent photographs.
c. One count of possessing extreme pornographic image
The Member is therefore liable to disciplinary action under RICS Bye-law 5.2.2(d)
