The Entry and Assessment Review, Design, Implementation and Oversight Group (‘the Implementation Group’) will oversee the successful design, development, and delivery of the transformation of RICS’ education and qualification standards and methodology for the assessment of candidates applying for admission to RICS.
The Implementation Group is established by the Standards and Regulation Board (SRB) as a sub working group and will report to the SRB on the creation of new assessments requirements for aspiring members working in the natural and built environment, and providing the highest quality experience for candidates and stakeholders.
The Implementation Group will begin its three-year term in April 2025 with the recruitment of its Chair and Group members. The Implementation Group will work closely with the RICS staff and other key stakeholders, including the Knowledge and Practice Committee, to carry out its role.
The Implementation Group’s role will include making decisions, recommendations and escalations, ensuring alignment with the entry and assessment procedures and process for grades of membership, and recommending decisions on future entry to the SRB.

Sarah is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales and brings extensive leadership in legal education and professional development. She is a non-executive director of BARBRI Global, having previously served as its Managing Director. BARBRI provides legal education and training to aspiring and practising lawyers across the UK, US, and internationally - supporting over 1.3 million candidates to date. Her past roles include serving on the Executive Board of the University of Law and holding senior leadership positions with both the International Bar Association and the Law Society of England and Wales.
