RICS invites you to attend its 2025 Annual General Meeting which will be taking place on Thursday, 26 June at 14:00 BST. This will give you an opportunity to hear from the Presidential team and RICS CEO Justin Young, ask questions and to vote on the appointment of the Auditors.

The other items on the agenda will be:

  • highlights of RICS activities and performance, including updates on: 
    • updates from the Annual Review
    • our progress on delivering world-class experience and value to members
    • update from Standards and Regulation Board Chair Nigel Clarke
    • updates on serving the public interest, and creating a sustainable future for the surveying profession
    • our progress on creating an inclusive and skilled profession 
  • the report and financial statements for the year ending 31 December 2024
  • member vote to appoint the Professional Auditor until the next AGM
  • update on the composition of Governing Council

The 2025 Annual General Meeting will be taking place both in person and will be streamed live. The event will be followed by refreshments and networking which is open to all members attending in person.

Please note only one question per member can be submitted. Please ensure to submit your question before midday BST, 23 June 2025.

We will answer as many questions as possible at the AGM. If we run out of time, we will still answer remaining questions via a Q&A report. Every member question will be answered in the report, which would be published a week after the AGM.
