Improving energy performance in both commercial and residential properties

What kind of data and technology is now available to identify the best interventions for residential and commercial property? What are the barriers in commercial real estate? What role should RICS members and other professionals play in the process? Are there new technologies on the horizon or do we need to work with the current solutions available?

Nic Cory speaks with Andrew Knight as they discuss the opportunities to apply data and technology to the challenge of improving energy performance at scale for both residential and commercial property.
