Overview

Join us to explore complex asset valuation in NZ, using prisons as a case study and examining ESG impacts on property.

Join us for the upcoming Auckland Complex & Specialised Asset Valuation & ESG Impacts on Property Event.

This CPD and Networking Event is kindly hosted by Beca for RICS and PINZ Members and includes one hour formal CPD with refreshments provided.

This session will explore the valuation of complex and specialised assets in New Zealand, with a focus on prisons as a case study, alongside the growing influence of ESG considerations in the property and valuation industry.

It will provide practical insights into valuation challenges where market evidence is limited, assets are highly specialised, and ESG factors increasingly affect risk, value, and decision-making.

Refreshments will be provided.

This event is open to RICS and PINZ Members.

Spaces are limited, so bookings are essential.
