Overview
Starting with an introduction to WestK, the new brand for West Kowloon Cultural District, the presentation will focus on the Development Plan of this world-class cultural hub, highlighting the strategic vision of the “Live, Work, Play” City Park Concept, exploring how property development can fund cultural and arts initiatives and discussing the latest Town Planning Board Approval of the indicative residential scheme. Lessons learned as well as the roles of Surveyors in a mixed-use cultural development will be shared followed by a Q&A session.
