Sunderland Ives is a niche consultancy specialising in construction dispute resolution, commercial in-house training, and dispute avoidance. Nick is a legally qualified chartered quantity surveyor with over 25 years’ experience in dispute resolution. Nick has represented parties in adjudication and is responsible for preparing and evaluating claims under JCT, NEC and FIDIC contracts.
