Join us for an essential session reviewing the newly updated RICS Professional Standard: Service charges in commercial property (2nd edition), effective from 31st of December 2025. This webinar is designed to help property managers, landlords, and legal professionals stay ahead of regulatory changes and industry expectations.
The second edition of the code has been developed by leading industry professionals and reflects the evolving landscape of the commercial property sector over the last seven years. It introduces new mandatory requirements, including timely issuance of budgets and year-end certificate, alongside best practices to ensure transparency, fairness, and accountability in service charge management.
