RICS Matrics Devon & G4C Devon: Site Visit - Foulston Park

Overview

RICS Matrics Devon and G4C Devon invite you to a FOC site visit at Foulston Park, Plymouth. 

Formerly known as ‘Brickfields’, the site is being transformed into a sporting centre of excellence and asset for the wider Plymouth community. This exciting redevelopment is made possible by Plymouth Argyle Football Club (PAFC), Argyle Community Trust (ACT), and various external funders.

Site-wide works, progressing under a Construction Management procurement route, involve the delivery of 3G and grass pitches, a new PAFC Academy Building, ancillary landscaping and much more. 

Beyond supporting PAFC’s sporting ambitions, these new facilities will provide vital grassroots opportunities and enhance the wellbeing of the local community and the city as a whole.

Join us for a guided site tour lead by Whitebox (Construction Management) and Ward Williams (Project Management and Cost Consultancy services). This is a fantastic opportunity to get a first-hand look at the transformation in progress, learn more about the project, and connect with fellow construction professionals.

Important points to note:

• Please bring 5-point PPE (High Viz, Hard Hat, Gloves, Safety Boots and Eye Protection (Rigger boots are not permitted) and be prepared to complete a site induction.
• Parking on-site is limited. To help keep spaces available for regular site users, we encourage attendees to car share, use public transport or explore other travel options.
