  • Safety Boots (Steel Toe Capped)
  • Hi-Vis vest
  • Hard Hat

Carrubbers Christian Centre is a church and community space with a growing and dynamic congregation.  Having last been updated approximately 40 years ago, the building requires improvements to increase accessibility and make the space more flexible, particularly for use by children and young people.  The works will see the building sensitively adapted to support a thriving community in the 21st century.  The visit will be led by David Johnson, Conservation Accredited Architect and Managing Director at GLM.

The visit will offer learning relating to the adaption of an historic building, design and contract administration, as well as networking opportunities with other attendees.

Meeting Point: At front of building - Carrubbers Christian Centre 65 High St, Edinburgh EH1 1SR

Attendees MUST bring their own PPE as noted above.

Photographs may be taken at this event. If you do not wish to be photographed, please make the Matrics host and/or photographer aware.
