He oversees 37 million sq. ft of Residential and Commercial Development and management across 13 cities and 21 projects in India, Sri Lanka & Maldives. He is currently the Chairman – APREA Advocacy Committee, Asia, Executive Committee Member – ULI, Member – GRI Governing Council, President Elect – NAREDCO Maharashtra and Member – Assocham – Ease of Doing Business. He also served as Chairman of FICCI Real Estate Committee for last 4 years.

In his previous role, he was the CEO India Operations & Private Funds with The CapitaLand. Sanjay spent 23 years with top 3 Global Real Estate Consulting companies. He was the MD South Asia at Cushman & Wakefield (2001-2008 and 2012-2016), where he was responsible for setting up new businesses and mentoring leaders for successful turnaround strategies, growth and profitability. He implemented the successful merger and integration for DTZ & C & W. In his stint as CEO Business with JLL (2008 – 2012) CBRE, India (1996-2001) included setting up of businesses in Mumbai and Pune. Sanjay holds a Post-Graduate in Marketing & HR from the International Management Institute.

Alex Jeffrey has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Savills Investment Management since 1 November 2019 and was appointed to Savills Group Executive Board at that time. Alex was previously Head of Asia Pacific for M&G Investments based in Singapore, with responsibility for the development and leadership of that company’s business across all investment sectors in Asia Pacific. Prior to this, he was Chief Executive of M&G Real Estate, based in London, where he led the significant growth of the firm from c. £15bn AUM in 2012 to over £30bn in 2018. Before that he was Chief Investment Officer and CEO Europe of MGPA Limited. Alex has an MBA from INSEAD, an MA (Hons) in Law from Cambridge University and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

He subsequently broadens his knowledge by reading a BSc in Technology and Computing (1st Class Hons), a MSc in Construction Law and Arbitration and a MSc in Sustainable Building Design (Merit). He also attended the Senior Management Development Program from Harvard and has a Diploma and a Certificate in Advance Learning and Performance for Adults from the Institute of Adult Learning at Singapore University of Social Science. Ying Xie is China Head of Commercial for Tishman Speyer and previously held the role of the Head of Commercial at IKEA Centers China. She is an expert in procurement and cost control in real estate with over 32 years of experience. Throughout her career, her expertise spans consultancy practices and private developers, and was involved in projects in China and internationally, which allowed her to acquire experience in almost all commercial asset classes. She is a proud RICS Member since 1995, as one of first six chartered surveyors in China, and she is also a member of the CIOB (the Chartered Institute of Building, UK) . As one of the first two registered RICS APC (Assessment of Professional Competence) assessor in China, she acted as a Chair, assessor and vetting panel member of APC over the years. Steve is an experienced Chartered Surveyor and EY Partner with experience of working with organisations at a strategic, programme and project level in both the private & public sectors in the UK, China, Middle East and APAC. Steve has extensive experience advising on a range of fast moving and complex projects in a variety of roles spanning the asset lifecycle and as a lead adviser on a large range of infrastructure and other built asset construction and operation programmes. Steve has held roles in Government, quasi-Government and private sector programmes including the provision of advice in respect of infrastructure digitalisation and technology enabled development and operation, setting up complex projects and managing all elements of delivery, operation, construction, asset management, procurement and contract strategy, risk management, project controls structures, systems and methodologies and major programme organisational design. Steve has long been an advisor to both the Hong Kong and the UK Government on project delivery models, procurement transformation and how digitalisation in the built environment can drive improved performance from social, environmental, and economic perspectives.

Patrick is the Senior Analyst covering Asia Pacific real estate sector in Bloomberg Intelligence, the research arm of Bloomberg L.P. He is also heading Bloomberg Intelligence in Hong Kong office with over 60 research professionals providing data-driven research on equity, credit, strategy and ESG. Patrick has over 20 years of working experience in property sector. Prior to joining Bloomberg Intelligence, he was a sell-side equity research analyst with BNP Paribas. Patrick has a Master of Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Surveying from the University of Hong Kong, and a Master of Science in Information Technology from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Patrick is a RICS Fellow member and is now one of the RICS Hong Kong Advisory Board members. He is a CFA Charterholder and holds the CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing.

Currently holding the position of Assistant General Manager at a listed property developer in Hong Kong, Justin has honed his skills in overseeing real estate portfolios in Hong Kong and Mainland China. His leadership extends across market operations and professional realms, including Valuations, Asset Management, P&L Management, and Portfolio Management. From 2018 to 2022, Justin served as a Matrics Committee member in Hong Kong and contributed to RICS Hong Kong as an APC Chair and Assessor from 2019. Justin has also provided insightful advice as a consultant to various government organizations and business school. With a robust background spanning diverse sectors of the industry, Justin is well-positioned to make a significant contribution to the Hong Kong Regional Advisory Board.
