Recognition of Professional Qualifications (RPQ) allows individuals with existing professional qualifications and experience to join RICS by having their qualifications evaluated, rather than going through a standard assessment.

Note: The Associate grade ceased being offered on 30 November 2012, replaced by the Member grade. The two grades are identical in status and prerequisite requirements. Existing Associate members can elect to retain the Associate title or transfer to the Member title.
