Srinivas MRICS, an IIMB alumni and a Certified Independent Director from Ministry of Corporate Affairs is the CEO of Cornerstone Properties Pvt Ltd, a Bangalore based Real estate development company that invests in land acquisition both from Government and Private players and undertakes full life cycle development of these assets across Commercial, residential, industrial, and warehousing asset classes through Self-development, Joint Development, Development Management models etc. He is a senior executive with two decades of combined work experience on the Client & Developer side across Indian and Global real estate markets. He is a former Army Officer with experience in Supply chain, warehousing and logistics functions. Sathish Rajendren FRICS

As the Executive Managing Director for Property & Facilities Management for India & APAC, Sathish Rajendren will drive service innovation and growth, advance asset value, and elevate tenant experiences throughout the region. Partnering with global leadership, he will guide the business into its next phase with strategic leadership with a strong track record of success in dynamic situations. A seasoned leader with over 24 years of experience, Sathish brings an impressive track record of transforming organizations and driving growth across diverse sectors, including occupiers, developers, investors and government entities. In his prior role at Knight Frank, where he served as Senior Executive Director, he was instrumental in scaling operations tenfold and elevating the firm’s market position, overseeing a portfolio exceeding 350 million square feet across India. Earlier in his career, he managed an additional 140 million square feet while leading property services at Cushman & Wakefield. A distinguished alumnus of the Institut Européen d'Administration des Affaires (INSEAD) and the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, Sathish is recognized as a thought leader in property and facilities management. He is a Member of the South Asia Regional Advisory Board – RICS and past Global Board Director at CoreNet Global. He was recently inducted into the 2025 CoreNet Global Distinguished Leaders Circle, a prestigious honor that was celebrated at the CoreNet Global Summit in Anaheim, California in October 2025.

Pawan Swamy MRICS

Pawan Swamy is a founding member of Credberg and serves as Chairman & Jt Managing Partner and is responsible for the overall direction of the firm. He has more than 20 years of experience in Indian Real estate on the investment banking and brokerage sides of the industry. He has led more than US$ 5 billion in transactions across all asset classes and the entire capital structure. Mr Swamy was previously a Managing Partner at Brookfield Financial, leading their India operations. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director at Jones Lang Lasalle where he set up one of the largest real estate capital markets and investment brokerage platforms in the country. His experience also includes working on the real estate mortgage lending side as a senior executive with Standard Chartered Bank. Mr Swamy earned a MBA in Finance from Mumbai University and earned an undergraduate degree from the Indian Institute of Management and Commerce (IIMC).

Sanjeev Dasgupta MRICS

CEO - CapitaLand Investment India & CEO, CapitaLand India Trust

Sanjeev Dasgupta, the CEO of CapitaLand Investment India and CEO of CapitaLand India Trust, oversees CapitaLand’s operations in India with an SGD 5 billion AUM, covering business parks, logistics & industrial parks, and data centres. He also manages Asia's first India-focused real estate investment trust (REIT), CapitaLand India Trust and leads the expansion of the CapitaLand Group’s portfolio in India. With a career spanning 26 years, Sanjeev has expertise in real estate fund management, corporate finance, strategy, and financial control. Before joining CapitaLand, he served as President of Real Estate at ICICI Venture Funds Management, overseeing a USD 600 million Real Estate fund. As the Managing Director at Future Capital Real Estate, he managed USD 430 million in real estate investments. Bipin K Misra MRICS

Bipin Misra is a seasoned executive with three decades of multi sector experience across both public and private sectors. He currently serves as Director & Head – India Workplace & Real Estate at EY, where he oversees the firm’s integrated real estate portfolio, projects, workplace operations, travel, security, and corporate services across India. Bipin has held senior leadership roles at prominent global organizations, Cognizant, Honeywell, and GMR Group. He began his career with the Rajasthan State Industrial Development Corporation, gaining foundational experience in industrial development and public sector project management. Vinod Rohira MRICS

Managing Director & CEO, Commercial Real Estate, K Raheja Corp Group

Mr. Vinod Rohira is the MD & CEO-Commercial Real Estate, K Raheja Corp Group. In his previous role, he was the CEO of the Investment Manager to Mindspace Business Parks REIT. Vinod holds a master's degree in business administration from University of Chicago. He began his career with the KRC group, over two decades ago and has been instrumental in leading the development of approximately 25.0 million square feet of commercial real estate for the KRC group, across India. He is on the FICCI Real Estate Committee, a congregation of top industry frontrunners, to drive policy changes in India. He is also on the ‘South Asia Leadership Forum for Corporate Real Estate and Facility Management’ of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), working closely with the peers to steer and lead dialogues on key issues related to the realty sector and its professionals.

Ritesh Sachdev MRICS

Ritesh is a dynamic and high-performing real estate professional, a leader and organisation builder with more than two decades of corporate real estate experience with both international property consulting and development firms. Ritesh has led teams across India and collaborated across multiple geographies and real estate markets globally. As a Senior Vice President & Head, Commercial Leasing, Asset Management, Sustainability & CSR, Ritesh is responsible for the P&L of the Commercial business of TATA Realty (Intellion Offices by TATA Realty). Ritesh is also part of the Management Committee (MC) for TATA Realty and a board member for various SPV’s.
