RICS members' lounge – Birmingham

The members’ lounge is available for members to use.

Location and access

The members’ lounge is open from 08:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday. It is located on the 5^th floor, Colmore Row, Birmingham, B3 2AA.

You can access the space by speaking to main Reception on the ground floor on arrival, giving them your membership number and asking for use of the RICS members’ lounge. Main Reception will then call you a lift. RICS front of house team will then greet you in the lift lobby on the fifth floor.

Please note, private meeting and event rooms are subject to availability; pre-booking is required.

Our members’ lounge blends comfort with functionality, creating an inspiring setting for focused work and meaningful connections among like‑minded professionals.

We offer a wide range of flexible spaces to suit every working style, from individual and four‑person private booths to open‑plan hot desks, informal collaboration areas, and fully equipped private meeting and event rooms.

Our dedicated meeting and event rooms are fully equipped with video conferencing and screen‑sharing facilities, making them ideal for meetings, presentations, and events. Private catering can also be arranged on request via our preferred suppliers. The rooms are subject to availability; pre-booking is required.

Stay productive with seamless high‑speed internet throughout the space, alongside complimentary Wi‑Fi and refreshments to keep you comfortable throughout the day.

Please note that the building operates as a professional business environment, and visitors are expected to dress accordingly.

Booking process

You do not need to pre-book if you wish to use the general area of the members’ lounge. The lounge is available on a first come, first served basis.

The private meeting or event rooms must be booked in advance.

RICS members' lounges must not be used for personal benefit or corporate commercial gain; a booking fee will otherwise apply. RICS reserves the right to withdraw use of the space if the booking purpose is misrepresented and charge the relevant booking fees.
