Sean Ellison is the Senior Economist for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors covering the Asia-Pacific region. He is responsible for the Economics team’s research into the Asia-Pacific property sector, identifying market risks to the sector, and analysing economic events and their effects on real estate. Sean manages RICS regional surveys and proprietary data, including the Global Commercial Property Monitor, a market leading report on commercial property occupier and investor sentiment from property professionals in key markets worldwide.
