How is the new programme different?

  • More robust entry criteria to ensure RICS members can engage with relevant and high-quality products and services.
  • Enhanced communication campaign to RICS members, dramatically increasing traffic to the Tech Partner hub and programme awareness.
  • Improved user experience on the main RICS website to drive engagement with Tech Partners, including high-quality content and easier navigation.
  • Scope to generate enquiries and interest to discover more about Tech Partner products and services.

Pricing

Joining the programme is based on an annual licence that can be renewed once per year:

  • Micro/small firms (under ten employees): £500
  • Medium/large firms (over ten employees): £1,000
     

Start-ups with limited funding can apply for a number of free places that RICS will offer on the programme.

Application form and assessment

We aim to provide an application form that will provide us with enough detail to thoroughly assess potential partners without making the process overly burdensome.

Only apply if:

  • you are relevant to the surveying industry
  • you are committed to delivering a great service and great products to RICS members
  • you share in RICS’ mission to accelerate tech adoption in the built and natural environment  industry and want to contribute.

We have a limited number of opportunities to become knowledge partners, which will provide greater exposure and collaboration opportunities including:

  • sponsorship slot at relevant annual conference
  • strong positioning on the official tech partner programme landing page
  • sponsored content via Modus, Journals and the RICS Podcast
  • sponsored video collaborated with RICS
  • social media posts via the official RICS LinkedIn Newsletter
  • priority pool of contributors to relevant RICS CPD outputs
  • priority pool of partners on any key research projects undertaken
  • priority pool of partners on public affairs and influencing work at RICS.
