This Guidance note from the Farm Tenancy Forum has been prepared to assist landlords and tenants who are considering entering into a long-term farm business tenancy (FBT) in England. It focusses on matters that are of particular relevance to longer term FBTs and which should be carefully considered during negotiations and in the preparation of the tenancy agreement.
