Case: Tsun Sing Yeung [6621329]

The charge against Mr Tsun Sing Yeung is:  

1.      On or about 31 July 2023, Mr Tsun Sing Yeung acted dishonestly by submitting a formal Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) submission to RICS, intending to present it as his own original work when he knew that he had copied parts of his submission from the submission of another candidate (Mr YCS).

Contrary to Rule 1 of the Rules of Conduct with effect from 2 February 2022 Mr Yeung is therefore liable to disciplinary action under RICS Bye-Law 5.2.2 (c) 2.

2.      On or about 31 July 2023, Mr Tsun Sing Yeung acted without integrity by submitting a formal Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) submission to RICS, intending to present it as his own original work when he knew or ought to have known that he had copied parts of his submission from the submission of another candidate (Mr YCS).

Contrary to Rule 1 of the Rules of Conduct with effect from 2 February 2022 Mr Yeung is therefore liable to disciplinary action under RICS Bye-Law 5.2.2 (c)
